Living Masterpiece by Sammyblu is an intimate, luxury retreat for women ready to reconnect with their bodies, awaken their creativity, and step fully into embodied self-expression.
Rooted in the Sammyblu philosophy of bringing light to you, this experience blends Pilates, barre, burlesque-inspired movement, and guided canvas painting to support confidence, presence, and creative freedom, all in a beautiful, nurturing destination. This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you already are.
Living Masterpiece is a carefully curated journey that invites you to move, feel, and create without pressure, performance, or perfection. Each day is designed to balance structure and spaciousness, offering time for intentional movement, playful self-expression, creative exploration, and deep rest.

Reserving Your Place
To honour the intimate nature of this retreat, I ask each woman to complete a short retreat questionnaire before reserving her space.
It's simply an opportunity for us to connect, for me to learn a little about you, and to thoughtfully create the most supportive experience possible for everyone attending.
Once you've completed the questionnaire, I'll personally reach out with the next steps to reserve your place.
A non-refundable $500 reservation deposit officially secures your space and allows me to confirm our retreat accommodations. This deposit is applied toward your total retreat balance. From there, your remaining balance can be paid comfortably over the coming months.

No — everything is beginner-friendly and guided.
What fitness level is required?
All levels welcome. Modifications are always offered.

Absolutely. Most guests do — and leave with new friendships.
Is this retreat female-only?
Yes, this retreat is designed for women.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A $500 CAD deposit secures your place in this intimate retreat. Your deposit confirms your commitment to the container and allows us to cover initial retreat costs, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. This deposit is applied toward your total retreat balance.
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable. They can, however, be transferred to another participant if you are unable to attend.
In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer, all deposits and payments will be fully refunded. Your trust and peace of mind are a priority, and we will always ensure your investment is protected.
