Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at paralia@sammyblu.com, and we will gladly replace the item.

Unopened or unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. 

​

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
