About the Recipe
A go-to snack that is easy and packed with flavour and nutrients. Enjoy with vegetables or crackers.

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, save the aquafaba from the can
3 tbsp aquafaba
1 tbsp tahini paste
1 garlic clove, minced
Juice from half a lemon
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
2-3 dill pickles, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Place the chickpease on a cutting board and cover with wax paper. Grab a meat tenderizer and gently smash the chickpeas. Rough chop with a knife if desired. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate if desired before serving. Enjoy!
