Eating with Purpose
"When we connect with our food in a mindful way, the food not only tastes better; it positively effects the food choices that we make."
In 2008, I co-authored two Greek cookbooks that went on to earn bestseller status and award wins for Best Cookbook at the New York Book Festival and Best Mediterranean Cookbook at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in Paris, France.
The purpose of these books was to make Greek food more accessible to the masses as a go-to mid-week meal; as well as to create the connection between seasonal ingredients and cooking.

I am always developing recipes and enjoy the process of cooking. I am becoming increasingly devoted to sharing and exploring the connection between food and our mindset - eating with purpose.
